Kootenai Electric Cooperative Interior Remodel

Pre-Bid Conference shall be held Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 4PM at  Kootenai Electric 2451 W Dakota Avenues, Hayden, ID.

SCOPE OF WORK: PHASE 1: Work shall be the office infill between Grid lines 11 and 7 and shall consist of offices 132, 133,

134, 152, 154, 155, Conference 136 and storage 153. This work needs to occur first to create office space to

relocate office staff so work can occur in the next phases. Re-carpeting of offices between Grids 15 and 7

would occur next. Owner will relocate office furniture as needed during this phase.

PHASE 2: Remainder of office remodel, exterior sidewalk replacement, canopy installation and installation of

the solar panels on the canopy. Staff will be relocated by owner out into the new conference room addition.
